However our general practice is that we only ever send emails to people that have subscribed to our lists. We also include a disclaimer, a valid return email, a physical address, and an easy way to unsubscribe, if required. (BACK) |

Where do your subscribers come from? |

We receive our data from several high traffic website's that we either own or partner with as well as campaign data from our data partner. Again, all of our opt-in subscribers that we send your campaigns to have agreed to receive them. (BACK) |

How can you guarantee your results?
|
| |
We guarantee that a certain percentage of emails will be delivered but we do not guarantee any subsequent action apart from the rate of opening (how many users physically open the email to read it). We do not guarantee the number of recipients who will click your advertisement and visit your website, because this is completely out of our control. We have confidence that our opt-in email subscribers will open the emails we send them, because they recognise us as the sender, and are familiar with the high quality of our advertising. However, we cannot control their confidence level, or interest level, in the product(s) or service(s) offered by our customers. Essentially, we are providing a guarantee that at least 95% of your emails will be delivered and that 20% of those will be opened. If this percentage is not achieved then we will refund your money in full. (BACK) |

If the mailing does not make a profit, can I have a refund? |

No. Our advertising service is no different than that of a newspaper, or print publication. If you run an ad to sell your car with the local newspaper, and nobody buys the car, the newspaper will not give you a refund. While we always do our best to make every campaign profitable for our customers, and 75% of our customers re-order with us, it is possible that your advertisement may not be as effective as you had hoped. In the event that this does happen, we will gladly work with you to improve your response rates of future campaigns, but we cannot provide a refund once service has been rendered. (BACK) |
